NXL SPEED, QUICKNESS & ENDURANCE- DESIGNED TO GET YOU TO THE NEXT LEVEL!!

This program is designed for athletes in all sports that want to develop strength & explosiveness, increase their speed & reaction, improve their agility & mobility, decrease injury through flexibility, stability and coordination & optimal recovery. This is training you won’t forget!!

Nx Level Winter SPEED SCHOOL

  • Junior Speed Academy (JSA) - 12 & under  
  • Senior Speed Academy (SSA)- 13 - 17. (SSA)
  • Pro Speed Training (PST)- 18 & older and  Elite Athletes.

Head Instructor- Coach Romond Batten- Coach Batten
Coach Batten brings a ton of experience, passion and enthusiasm to our program. He has trained professional football and basketball players, All-American and Gold Medal Track Olympian athletes. We are very excited to have Coach Batten as part of MCF and those that get a chance to work with him will appreciate what he brings to the table as well. Buckle up and bring a mind set of taking your speed, agility and fundamentals to the next level!!

Training will take place at MCF Training Facility. Flat bottom tennis shoes will be required for all training sessions.

Programs available:  
4, 8, or 16 session workout programs
(Winter session: Feb-March)

Time:
Wednesdays, Saturdays, and Sundays

Fee:
1 session=$50/session
4 session=$160 ($40/session)
8 sessions= $240 ($30/session)
16  sessions= $400 ($25/session)

JSA and SSA  (6:30pm-8:00pm):

Feb 11, 18, 25
Mar 4, 11, 18, 25

Saturdays:
9am-10:00am JSA

10am-11am- SSA  

Feb14, 21, 28
Mar 7, 14, 21, 28

Sunday:
(10am-11:30am) JSA and SSA: 

Mar 15, 22

*Athletes will work in groups according to age and skill level
